VindexWorks Inc. was founded in 2006 by Todd Weiss and Tim McArthur to provide advanced and enhanced multiplayer online gaming services. It is incorporated in the state of Colorado, United States.
Weiss is an award-winning former journalist who turned to programming and dot-coms in the late '90s. He cofounded his first web startup in 2001 to automate marketing campaigns, which expanded to three related businesses. During his years as a newspaper section editor, Weiss won three national awards and one state award. Weiss has been racing online since 2000.
McArthur is a veteran of simulated auto racing since 1990 as well as a driver in real-world amateur racing. He has organized online racing events since 1997 and created the Simulated Hot Rod Association, which was featured in PC Gaming magazine. McArthur's experience also includes a stint at Papyrus Design Group as a Software Designer.
